Whether you are hosting a bachelorette or bridal party, birthday party, baby shower, or even if you are looking for a reason to get all of your friends together, our beautiful spa is the perfect venue. We offer relaxing spa treatments and a gorgeous special event room where you can come together and enjoy each other’s company. Through our spa concierge service you have the opportunity to plan an event that meets the exact needs of your guests.
Here are general guidelines for booking your event at Keldara:
We advise booking your event at least eight weeks in advance to guarantee the day and time that you would like.
We are able to accommodate up to 30 guests for parties and up to 50 guests for conference style seating.
Deposit is required.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at Keldara.
72 hour cancellation policy.
Our spa lounge is not a private room. Please be aware that other guests may be using the spa facilities.

A credit card will be required to hold the event room for a specific date. A deposit will be requird on the day the event contract is returned; the amount of the deposit will be determined upon the number of attendees.

Yes, we currently have 2 spa packages in our menu. We can also customize a service package for your guests that offers only the services each person would like to have. Please browse our website for the services that we offer!

You may cancel up to 7 days before the date of the spa party. Any guests who cancel less than 72 hours in advance of the event or guests who fail to arrive will be charged in full to the credit card on file according to the specifications of the contract.
