Policies

• Please do not book an appointment for another client under your profile! The appointment must be booked under that client’s profile and name!

• If you are scheduling an appointment under your name for someone else, please give us a call to let us know. Some services require customized appointment lengths, and not all service providers perform every service. Contacting us in advance helps ensure the appointment is booked correctly and with the appropriate provider

• Your appointment time may be adjusted 15-30 min to optimize the service provider’s schedule. You will receive an e-mail notification if this is the case.

• To ensure fair availability for all guests, placeholder appointments are not permitted. Booking multiple appointments while deciding which one to keep may result in duplicate appointments being canceled.

• Please note that a Blow Dry is NOT included with a color service, please add it on to your service selection.

• Please note that if a color (root touch-up, foil and etc.) appointment is booked as the Stylists last appointment of their shift, we will have to reschedule it, as there will not be enough process time.

• If you have a child who is also a client of Keldara and their account is merged with yours, please be aware that your credit card will also be on their account if they book their own service.

• If you would like to book a color corrective service or would like to make a drastic change (i.e. from black hair to blonde hair) please call us so that we may ensure that the appointment is booked for the correct timing and service category.

• Unfortunately, the following services cannot be booked online (please call Guest Services to schedule):

  • Bridal Services

  • Children’s Cuts (10 and under)

  • Cezanne Smoothing Treatment

  • Couples Massage

  • Formal Style Blowdry

  • Hot Stone Massage

  • Thai Herbal Ball Massage

  • Prom Services

  • Salt Glow

  • Ultrasonic Treatment

  • Updo

• If you would like to book an appointment for multiple people (i.e. manicure/pedicure with friends) please call Guest Services as this function is not yet available through online booking.

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

By accepting and scheduling an online and/or over the phone appointment, you have given us permission to charge your credit card on file, if you fail to cancel less than 24 hours and/or fail to show up to your scheduled appointment.

We do understand that things happen, and people get sick. However, when there are last minute cancellations, the service providers do not have the opportunity to schedule other clients. When we charge the cancellation fee, it is to protect the livelihood of our staff and the fee goes directly to the service provider because they work on commission.

Please Note: You are subject to be charged in FULL if you miss your appointment. If you cancel 1 hour prior to your appointment time, you are considered a no show and are subject to be charged in FULL. You are subject to be charged 50% of your total service cost if you cancel less than 24 hours. 48 hours is required for Cezanne Smoothing Treatments. 72 hours is required for group services. If we fail to obtain payment for cancellations, any future appointments cannot be scheduled and will be cancelled, until a new credit card is placed on file and the outstanding fees are paid.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or make exceptions to this cancellation policy at any time. Such adjustments may be made on a case-by-case basis and without prior notice.

Clients who fail to show for appointments or cancel with less than 1 hour notice, will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Consultations are always complimentary. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time, there may be a $25 charge.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms and getting settled.

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.
