The Keldara Salon and Spa Rewards Program!
When you choose Keldara, we'll give you something back...valuable reward points that add up to significant savings! Application for the rewards program can be obtained in-store only.
Step 1: Fill out our Rewards application at Keldara and receive your Rewards card.
Step 2: Register your new card online.
Step 3: Accumulate points! You can check your Rewards Card Statement online.
Overview of Program:
Points are automatically received for purchase of full-priced salon and spa services. Points are also received for full-priced products. No points can be earned for discounted services and/or products or purchase/redemption of any series.
Points can be accrued on gift certificate purchases only. Points cannot be accrued for gift certificate redemptions. Points are redeemable for spa services or retail purchases only.
You will earn one point for every $30 spent on full-priced service and/or retail purchases.
Each point is worth $1. Points are valid after a 24-hour processing period.
You can register your card online. In the event your card is lost or stolen, your points will be transferred to the new card. There is a $5 card replacement fee.
You can check your balance for free by registering your card online through our website (www.keldara.com).
Terms and Conditions of Keldara Rewards Program:
- You may earn points on full-priced salon or spa services only.
- You may earn points on full-priced products only.
- Purchase/redemption of any series is not eligible for the Reward program.
- Points can be accrued on gift certificate purchases only. Points cannot be accrued for
gift certificate redemptions. - There is a 24-hour processing period from accrual of points to redemption of points.
- This card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless registered online. In the event your card is lost or stolen, your points will be transferred to the new card.
- There is a $5 card replacement fee.
- Card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points.
- Points are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
- Points can be used for spa services or retail purchases only.
- Every time you use your Rewards card, your receipt will show the points credited to your account.
- You do not need to present a receipt to redeem points.
- Points are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated.
- Points cannot be transferred between cardholders.
- Points will not be issued on tax and gratuity paid.
- If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, points will continue to accrue and will be applied to your account once the difficulty is rectified.
- The merchant can, at its discretion, modify or discontinue the program without notice.
- The merchant reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a
member's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or
redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
