Thai Herb Ball Massage is a massage treatment that uses heated medicinal herbal compresses to induce deep relaxation, ease muscular tension and to boost the body's energy level. This is a traditional massage incorporating Swedish & Thai techniques with the use of herbal infused balls to relax, stretch & open up the body's vital pathways allowing "Prana" (life energy) to flow. The herbal compress is made from a traditional formulation that includes lime kaffir, tumeric, camphor, lemongrass, and other herbs known for their medicinal properties.This massage can help with ailments such as stiff, sore or pulled muscles and ligaments, back pain, arthritis, chronic pain or injury, migraines, and chronic stress or anxiety.
The herbal ball allows us to provide aromatherapy, thermal therapy and herbal therapy all at once in a modality that is new and unique.You will feel both intensely relaxed and energized by this restorative treatment!

This massage utilizes assisted stretching, compressions, rocking and joint mobilization techniques with Swedish and Deep Tissue components. This service begins with a hot towel foot wrap followed by a glorious scalp, neck and shoulder massage. During the treatment your hands and feet will enjoy a luxurious massage of their own. Great treatment to help relieve headaches, tension and stress. Also, can help relieve discomfort associated with TMJ, plantar fasciitis and carpel tunnel syndrome.

Aveda Chakra Massage
The Chakra Balancing Massage is an innovative treatment that focuses on the charka centers using a variety of massage techniques. The treatment features the Aveda Chakra Balancing Blends with Deep Tissue Massage on the back and spinal muscles, a Chakra Reflexology Massage for the feet, and Chakra Energy Work. In addition, you will be guided through a meditation to enhance the benefits of stress relief, decreased muscular tension and increased energy.
